Tenda Group's Almondo has received the "FY24 Excellence Award" from Nissan Creative Services (NICS).
This award recognizes Almondo's significant technical contribution to the advancement of internal data utilization and prompt engineering support for the in-house AI Chat tool "NICS AI Chat" used within Nissan Creative Services. Through the implementation support of large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Almondo contributed to improving operational efficiency and strengthening the information utilization infrastructure at NICS. Being recognized by the Nissan Group in this way is a great honor and a testament to our technical reliability and proposal capabilities.

This time, Almondo worked on organizing internal manuals with different layouts and formats using AI, converting them into a format that AI can easily understand. As a result, among the internal chatbots within Nissan Group companies, we achieved the highest answer rate (the rate at which correct information was retrieved and provided in response to user queries). As time passes and organizations grow, internal manuals become dispersed and diversified, making centralized management difficult. Through this initiative, we were able to centrally manage manual information as a database, and AI now enables natural queries to that information. We believe this is a significant step toward further AI utilization in future operations.
